    <abstract type="Summary">Nur Hikmah. The Effect of Role Conflict and Organizational Commitments on Turnover Intentions of Employees at PT. Manunggal Adi Jaya in Kenohan District under the guidance of Ms. Raudatul Adawiyah SE, M.Si Advisor I and Mr. Ali Akbar SE. M.S Advisor 11.&lt;br/&gt;PT. Manunggal Adi Jaya is one of the companies engaged in Palm Oil Plantation in Kenohan District, Kutai Kartaanegara Regency, East Kalimantan. PT. Manunggal Adi Jaya has a planted area of around 32,000 ha and has 3 palm oil mills (2 palm oil mills with capacity of 80 tons per hour and I palm oil mill with a capacity of 40 tons per hour) with the Manager Mr. Sakti Monang Tambunan, as for the total number of employees as many as 331 people divided by permanent employees 72 people and daily employees as many as 259 people.&lt;br/&gt;The purpose of this study is to find out and examine the role conflict variables and organizational commutments significantly influence employee turnover intentions at PT. Manunggal Adi Jaya in Kenohan Subdistrict and from the two variables, the variable that has the most dominant influence on employee turnover intentions at PT. Manunggal Adi Jaya in Kenohan District.&lt;br/&gt;The analysis tool in this study using multiple regression with the help of SPSS for Window Version 20.0 program with a population of 259 people and a sample of 53 employees. Variable role conflicts and organizational commitment simultaneously or jointly have a significant effect on Turnover Intentions Employee variables. Then the first hypothesis in this study is that, Role Conflict Variables and Organizational Commitments Influence Simultaneously on Turnover Intentions of Employees at PT Manunggal Adi Jaya in the District of Kenohan, was accepted and proved to be true.&lt;br/&gt;Variables Conflict Role has a partial effect on Turnover Intentions of Employees Then the second hypothesis in this study is that, the Variables of Role Conflict Influence Partially Against Turnover Intentions of Employees at PT. Manunggal Adi Jaya in the District of Kenohan was accepted and proved to be true.&lt;br/&gt;Variable Organizational Commitments have a partial effect on Turnover Intentions of Employees. Then the second hypothesis in this study is that, Organizational Commitment Variables Partially Influence the Turnover Intentions of Employees at PT Marnunggal Adi Jaya in the District of Kenohan was accepted and proved to be true.&lt;br/&gt;The Role Conflict Variable (XI) has a dominant influence on Employee Turnover Intentions, then the third hypothests in this study is that, the Role Conflict Variables Influence Dominantly on Turnover Intentions of Employees at PT. Manunggal Adi Jaya in the District of Kenohan was accepted and proved to be true.&lt;br/&gt;</abstract>
